Below are the two methods for doing Weight Watchers for Free:
  • Weight Watchers - No Counting Points + Clean Eating
    If you have avoided Weight Watchers because counting Points is intimidating, this plan is for you.  If you have tried Weight Watchers in
    the past and failed, this plan is for you.  If you have a desire to move towards a healthier, cleaner way of eating, while still feeding your
    family delicious food, this plan is for you. Bottom Line: Stick with foods on the Power Foods list and you won't have to count Points at
    all!  We have developed delicious family friendly meal plans for every meal of the day using foods exclusively from this list!  
    We'll even share with you the abundance of things you can eat when you go to a restaurant.  Need to stray from the list?  No worries.
    You'll have 45 weekly allowance PointsPlus® to eat anything you want.  Bonus: This plan by nature is largely a Clean Eating meal

  • Traditional Weight Watchers PointsPlus
    This is the more traditional plan that you are probably familiar with.  We can tell you how to do this for free since it is a retired Weight
    Watchers program.  Eat anything you want! No foods are off limits.  You just have to track everything you put in your mouth.  Each food
    portion is assigned a PointsPlus® value. We'll help you calculate your Daily PointsPlus®.   As well as having their daily allowance,
    each week you'll have a 49 PointsPlus Weekly Allowance bonus which can be used in one big blow out, spread out across the week,
    or not used at all, as the individual participant decides. Adding activity into your day increases your PointsPlus® allowance. Different
    values are given to different levels of activity, the larger number of acivity points being given for the most energy expended.

    Sound confusing?  No worries!  We'll walk you through every step of the process to make it super simple. We'll also provide
    strategies to ensure your success if you're committed.

    What You Get with each of the Plans:
    We'll provide meal plans each Saturday based on the customized plan you want to follow.  You'll have access to them all!  Each meal
    plans contains 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 snacks, 7 dinners (with sides) and 2 desserts.  An itemized grocery list is included with each
    meal plan. Picky Eater modifications are a part of each dinner recipe.

    How Much Does This Cost?

  • Freezer to Slow Cooker Meals: These are superfast meals you throw together in 5 minutes and pop in the freezer.  Pull one of
    these meals out on a hectic day, pop it in the slow cooker and come home to a home-cooked meal.
